Cancellation Policy
A partial refund will be honored before February 24, 2023, less a $50 service fee—no refunds after February 24, 2023. Substitutions are allowed at any time.

Meeting Evaluation
All meeting attendees are urged to complete an evaluation of the meeting. Attendees who are requesting CE credit for the meeting are required to complete the evaluation. This form is available online only. You may complete the evaluation online post-conference. All evaluations must be completed by May 10, 2023.
