Entertainment or Social Functions
No entertainment or social functions may be scheduled to conflict with the official MNRS Annual Conference program or Exhibit Hall hours. Requests for use of function space at the facility must be made in writing to MNRS at meetings@mnrs.org. Upon receipt of the request, MNRS will notify you if space is available and what fees will apply. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor or sponsor to finalize arrangements with the hotel.
