Thank you for registering and attending the MNRS 43rd Annual Research Conference! We encourage all meeting attendees to complete the meeting evaluation. The evaluation is anonymous.
The deadline is Tuesday, April 30, 2019.
Your candid input on the 2019 MNRS Annual Research Conference is appreciated as we strive to improve the meeting each year!

CE CREDITS
Attendees will be eligible to receive the credit hours listed below for attending the Conference. To obtain CE credits for the conference, you must complete the post-conference meeting evaluation.
There is a $60.00 charge for attendees to obtain CE credits. This fee was elected and paid during conference registration. If you would like to pay, please call the Executive Office at 615-432-0098. Upon completion of the post-conference evaluation and attestation, your CE certificate will be emailed after May 1, 2019.
Learners must complete an evaluation form to receive a certificate of completion. Your chosen sessions must be attended in their entirety. Partial credit of individual sessions is not available. If you are seeking continuing education credit for a specialty not listed below, it is your responsibility to contact your licensing/certification board to determine course eligibility for your licensing/certification requirement.
